Romance Minerals delivers throughout Australia using Australia Post. We aim to have orders dispatched within a week. Express Orders will be prioritised and sent by the next business day, where possible.

LOSS OF GOODS

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon delivery of your product to our shipping agent. If you have placed the incorrect address online or via email we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of your makeup. For all deliveries where you authorise for the goods to be left at your specified address, your order will have been deemed delivered as if it has been signed for or authorised to leave in a safe location. Any report to us of a lost or damaged parcel will be reported to and investigated by Australia Post.
