Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and will accept exchanges or refunds for 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To discuss the concerns you have with your product/s please send an email to hello@romanceminerals.com.au. In most situations we will offer unsatisfied customers a replacement product, such as a foundation in a different shade. To assist in this process we request a photo of the customer wearing the product.

If a product or packaging is faulty Romance Minerals might arrange and pay for products to be returned at no cost to our customers so we can determine if improvements need to be made.

Our refund policy does not cover makeup that has been more than 25% used, damaged after delivery, or if the product has been dropped or used contrary to specified directions of use.

If you choose to have a refund in lieu of an exchange we will refund to your original tender type ie EFTPOS/CREDIT CARD once Romance Minerals receives the unwanted products. Customers are responsible for the postage costs and are advised to use a service with a tracking number as Romance Minerals can not be responsible for lost packages.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
